Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month, quarter or year depending on the plan you choose. You can pause or cancel at any time from your account before your next billing date.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days; Express delivery arrives the next working day. Annual plans include free standard delivery.

Refunds

If anything in your box arrives damaged or you're not happy with it, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
